【剧情介绍】：
生物学家仓木直人（田崎敏路 饰）和女友十条小夜子（吉行由实 饰）前往亚马逊丛林探险，他们在当地抓住一种奇怪生物，虽有当地巫师的警告，但混乱中奇怪生物仍然进入小夜子的体内。她从此成为怪物的傀儡。
一年后的日本，五个青年男女：桐山沙希（内山沙千佳 饰）、赤羽玛丽（三津なつみ 饰）、御影凉子（薰樱子 饰）、大宫广志（奥本东五 饰）和与野阿基拉（冈田智宏 饰）来到山中游玩，他们落脚于一个废弃的水产试验场。不经世事的男女无意中惊醒了正在沉睡的小夜子（怪物），一场暗夜杀戮随之展开……
